1. Eligibility for Returns

• Artworks are eligible for a return request within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and reach out if there are any issues.
• To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
• Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return approval process and provide return shipping instructions.
• Step 3: Ship the artwork back to us carefully, using the original packaging or equivalent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

3. Refunds

• Once the artwork is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
• Refund Deduction: For return processing and handling, 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• For artworks returned due to buyer preference (e.g., a change of heart), the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping expenses.
